Uptown Businesses
Participating uptown businesses will display a "trick or treat here" sign in their windows. Please be respectful of those businesses who do not have a sign that do not wish to participate.

TRICK-OR-TREATERS
Rock Falls & area businesses offer a safe fun way to fill up your young one's candy buckets.....plus there are lots of tricks and treats for adults along the way.
- 30+ Booths will be located in the RB&W Riverfront Park.
Games, activities, and festive fun, all in a safe environment.
- Rock Falls Businesses also invite you into their stores for Trick-or-Treating and activities.

BUSINESSES
- -Biz Boo! Trick-Or-Treat is an excellent way for your Biz to get involved in the community. It's simple! Register, grab some candy, and plan for fun. Rock Falls Chamber Members are invited for FREE! Non-members may register for a $15 donation. Donations helps cover the costs of the event. The Rock Falls Chamber is a non-profit organization that receives its funding from Members and fundraising activities - not taxes.
- - THIS YEAR - -
- We encourage all businesses to host a booth at the RB&W Riverfront Park. This area has the highest concentration of Trick-or-Treaters. Plan for 1,000 Trick-or-Treaters (See notes below)
- Rock Falls uptown businesses may register to have Trick-or-Treaters visit their location. Plan for 250-300 Trick-or-Treaters
- - GENERAL INFORMATION - -
-All businesses, non-profits, and groups are invited to participate from any community! Only Rock Falls uptown businesses may host Trick-or-Treaters at their location.
- You do not have to give the same item to each attendee AND do not have to give candy. You can give swag, glow sticks, trinkets, coloring sheets, packaged treats.
- Please keep hand sanitizer at your booth, or counter for your team AND attendees to use.
- The earlier you register - the more advertising you will receive! REGISTER BY 10/20 - Your registration includes advertising and listing on the official map. Registered businesses will have double the attendance! Families use the map and Facebook posts we create to plan their route. We will accept late registrations, but you may not be included in the advertising or map. Uptown businesses will have a Biz Boo sign in their window so you know they are welcoming Trick or Treaters on Oct 25th from 4-6pm.

Booth Spaces Rules / Setup Notes
- You can set up after 1pm, BUT no cars will be allowed in the loading zone on 2nd Street after 3:40. NO DRIVING ON THE GRASS OR WALK-WAYS.
- You may come and go on your own schedule.
- WE PROVIDE SPACE ONLY. You are welcome to bring tables, decorations, activities, etc.
- TAKE YOUR TRASH WITH YOU!
- No tents PLEASE.
- Please keep hand sanitizer at your booth, or counter for your team AND attendees to use.
- Spaces will be marked with your space #, name, and the direction to setup your booth.
- Be kind and flexible with your neighbors. There is more than enough room for EVERYONE.
- Anyone who doesn't comply with rules may be asked to leave.
