** Safety & compliance are top priorities. All Chamber events are hosted in compliance with State guidelines for covid safety and have been approved by the Whiteside County Health Department.
Food Vendor opportunities for 2022
** WE ARE ONLY ACCEPTING SNACK / DESSERT / NON-ALCOHOLIC DRINK VENDORS***
- We will NOT allow another vendor to sell the same items. (ie. not two popcorn vendors, slushies, etc.) First come first serve basis (included payment & registration). You may check with our staff to see if your items are pre-approved by emailing sam@rockfallschamber.com or calling 815-625-4500.
- SERVICE CLUBS ARE WELCOME FOR FUNDRAISERS.
- There are two different food vendor packages.
- There may be adjustments to the guidelines based on COVID and social distancing requirements.
- Health Dept. permits are required in advance.
REGULAR PACKAGE
- $200
- No access to electricity and water
- Spaces are 10x20 unless you request something different. We can accommodate trailers / trucks.
ELECITRCAL /PRIME PACKAGE - $250
- Includes electrical access - 4 - 110 outlets on 2 circuits. Limited 220 locations are available.
- Prime location of your choice (given by registration date).
- Includes water access - you supply your own hoses to reach hydrant.
- Spaces are 10x20 unless you request something different. We can accommodate trailers / trucks.

- Online registrations will receive a confirmation. All booths will receive a location email the week of Summer Splash.
- A processing fee will be added to online registrations paid by credit/debit card.
- You may print / mail your registration to Rock Falls Chamber at 601 W. 10th Street, Rock Falls, IL 61071, or register in person with no processing fee.
