Summer Splash offers booth spaces to family-friendly businesses and non-profits. 
Thousands attend the event and booth space hosts have great connections with attendees.  Booth hosts may sell items, do give-aways, host kid's or family-friendly adult activities.  Please read all rules and code of conduct information before submitting your registration.


JUNE 24TH & 25TH at the RB&W Riverfront Park
(Please note we will keep booths in one location this year and will be able to accommodate many more booth spaces than in 2020 and 2021) YAY! 

Who may have a booth space:
Anyone with a family-friendly product, service, or activity is welcome to attend. Only one person per brand may register (Ie. Only one Mary Kay representative, but multiple make-up brands may register.)  Additionally, food vendors are limited to snack and drink items and only one vendor will be permitted per food type.

Fees:
Regular booth space 10x10 = $50  (RF Chamber Members & Non-Profits $25) ( $10 late fee after 6/10) (Online registrations have a processing fee of $1-$2)
Food Vendors flexible space size = $200 ($50 Additional fees for electrical / water)

Timing:
Vendors may come and go, attend the days/times they want to.  There are activities happening throughout the day and new crowds coming between the hours of 11am-8pm Friday and 11am-3pm Saturday.

Space includes:
Just space. You will need to bring your own tables (weighted!) tents, and other supplies. There is no electricity
available for regular booth spaces.  You may bring a generator.  If you need more than a 10x10 space, you will need to purchase a second space for $25.

- Online registrations will receive a confirmation.  All booths will receive a location email the week of Summer Splash. 

- A processing fee will be added to online registrations paid by credit/debit card. 

- You may print / mail your registration to Rock Falls Chamber at 601 W. 10th Street, Rock Falls, IL 61071, or register in person with no processing fee.
