Auditorium Rental Rates
Capacity: 250 seats, 35 tables.
- WEEKEND FULL DAY: $150
(Saturday & Sunday, reserve unlimited hours)
- WEEKDAY FULL DAY: $75
(Monday - Friday, reserve unlimited hours)
-Kitchen Rental: $25 Flat Rate
-PA Rental: (Music/Microphone Use) $30 Flat Rate
-Refundable Deposit: Additional $50. Placing a credit/debit card on file is also required to cover any damages, or cleaning costs over $50.
Brant Room Rental Rates
Capacity: 25-30 seats with4-5 tables.
- WEEKEND FULL DAY: $60(Saturday & Sunday, reserve unlimited hours)
- WEEKDAY FULL DAY: $30(Monday - Friday, reserve unlimited hours
-Full Day: $60 (more than 6 hours)
-FREE Counter Top, Refrigerator, & Sink Use!
-Refundable Deposit: Additional $20. Placing a credit/debit card on file is also required to cover any damages, or cleaning costs over $20.
Auditorium/Brant Room Rental Includes Use Of
tables, chairs, restrooms, entry way, coat racks, lighting, stage (auditorium), Projector Screen (Auditorium), Disco Ball (Auditorium). PA rental available ($30 Auditorium), Kitchen ($25 Auditorium / Free Brant Room).
Kitchen Rental Includes Use of: Dishes, silverware, glasses, stove, refrigerator, sinks, cooking utensils & MORE!
Complete Rental Rules & Policies:
-No Alcoholic Beverages
-Cleaning: Please leave the building as you found it, including tables, trash, chairs, floors, counters, bathrooms, etc. Renter must provide their own cleaning supplies & trash bags.
-Exits may not be blocked in any way
-No thumbtacks or nails. All tape must be removed. Renter is responsible for any paint repairs required from decorations.
-Turn off lights & lock outside doors when leaving.
-DO NOT ADJUST HEATING/COOLING UNITS. UNITS HAVE A DUAL CONTROL. ADJUSTING ONE & NOT THE OTHER CAN CAUSE DAMAGES AT THE RENTER’S EXPENSE.
-No Deep Frying.
-Cleaning: Trash must be taken out before leaving and placed in dumpsters behind building. All surfaces should be wiped clean and items should be returned to proper places.
-All items rented (dishes, utensils, stove, refrigerator, counter tops) must be cleaned and returned properly to their pre-rental condition.
-Before leaving, please be sure toilets have been flushed & trash has been removed.
-Renter’s deposit of $50, Auditorium, or $15, Brant Room may not be refunded if the building is not left in satisfactory condition following renter’s use. Additional charges may be applied if damages or cleaning costs exceed the deposit received. A credit card and authorization for charges is required for rental. Charges exceeding deposit will be charged to credit card for damages and cleaning fees. Deposit will not be returned if the building keys are not returned.
-Only use the rooms you have rented. If use of other rooms occurs, deposit will not be refunded and additional fees may be charged.
-Renter’s deposit will be returned no more than 30 days after rental, pending building condition is approved, complete payment has been received, and keys have been returned.
-Emergency Contact Sheets are posted throughout the Community Building. Please refer to these sheets for any questions about your rental when the Chamber Office is closed.
