BEFORE MAKING A
RESERVATION & PAYMENT

ONLINE PAYMENT INSTRUCTIONS

After scheduling your rental

1) Select the item you wish to pay for

- Deposit

- Weekend / Holiday Rental

- Weekday Rental

- Any additional rental items you have reserved

2) Click "Add to Cart

 

3) BELOW the yellow "paypal checkout" button is a grey button to pay with your credit/debit card

3) Be sure to include your name and the date of your rental in the payment details.

4) Call our office to let us know you made a payment and we will apply it to your account.

Please note: A convenience fee to cover the cost of processing is charged for online rentals.

 

All renters will be contacted to schedule a key pickup, to sign contracts, give a credit card number for incidentals, and pick up keys

AUDITORIUIM RENTAL RATES

Capacity: 250 seats, 35 tables.

Bounce houses are permitted - with an additional waiver. 

WEEKEND & HOLIDAYS : $150
- Friday, Saturday & Sunday, Full Day Rental

- PLUS $50 Damages Deposit (refunded after rental) and a credit/debit card on file for additional incidents.

WEEKDAYS: $75
- Monday - Thursday, Full Day Rental

- PLUS $50 Damages Deposit (refunded after rental) and a credit/debit card on file for additional incidents.

 

DAYTIME MEETING: $50

- Monday - Friday, 3 hour increment
 

ADDITIONAL AMENITIES

-Kitchen Rental: $25 Flat Rate

-PA Rental: (Music/Microphone Use) $30 Flat Rate
-Refundable Deposit: Additional $50. Placing a credit/debit card on file is also required to cover any damages, or cleaning costs over $50.

 

 

RENTAL RULES

Auditorium Rental includes use of
tables, chairs, restrooms, entryway, coat racks, lighting, stage (auditorium), Projector Screen (Auditorium), PA rental available ($30 Auditorium), Kitchen ($25).

Kitchen Rental Includes Use of: Dishes, silverware, glasses, stove, refrigerator, sinks, cooking utensils & MORE!


Complete Rental Rules & Policies:

 

- Party sizes / Groups restricted to state guidelines for social distancing
-  Renters are responsible for wiping touch surfaces before and after rentals.


General Use
-No Alcoholic Beverages

-Cleaning: Please leave the building as you found it, including tables, trash, chairs, floors, counters, bathrooms, etc. 

-Exits may not be blocked in any way

-No thumbtacks or nails. All tape must be removed. Renter is responsible for any paint repairs required from decorations.

-Turn off lights & lock outside doors when leaving.

-Do not adjust heating / cooling units.


Kitchen Use
-No Deep Frying.

-Cleaning: Trash must be taken out before leaving and placed in dumpsters behind the building. All surfaces should be wiped clean and items should be returned to proper places.

-All items rented (dishes, utensils, stove, refrigerator, countertops) must be cleaned and returned properly to their pre-rental condition.


Restroom Use

-Before leaving, please be sure toilets have been flushed & trash has been removed.

Miscellaneous Notes:

Renter’s deposit of $50 may not be refunded if the building is not left in satisfactory condition following renter’s use.   Additional charges may be applied to the credit card on file if damages or cleaning costs exceed the deposit received.  The deposit will not be returned if the building keys are not returned.  The deposit will be forfeited for cancellations not called in within a minimum of four weeks prior to the rental, or within 5 days of reservation date.

 

Renters must be 18 years of age to rent the building. 

 

If you notice a problem with the building BEFORE your rental, call the building line at
(815) 625-4500 and leave a message with details of the problem. For emergencies, Emergency Contact Sheets are posted by the door of the building.
